Processing & Delivery

1. US Warehouse Stock Orders

• Orders shipped from our US warehouse are processed within 1 business day.
• Standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

2. Custom Orders from China Factory

• Custom orders produced in our China factory usually require 7 business days to process.

• Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the customization.
  

• Please note: Due to local import restrictions, we currently do not ship to Islamic countries

Tracking Your Order

• After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

• You can track your package on the carrier’s website or contact us via email if you need assistance

Discreet Packaging

• All items are packed in plain, unmarked boxes to ensure privacy.

• There is no indication of product type on the package.

Receiving Your Package

• Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully.

• If the package or product is damaged, take photos or videos to document the issue.

• This documentation may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
